We offer spaces on these clinics to both families and schools, because we advocate for close partnership in order to provide consistent, wrap-around care for a child. We know that those who have experienced developmental trauma and loss can have many developmental vulnerabilities that are sometimes hard to make sense of in isolation. These clinics are set up and funded specifically in order to support children who are care-experienced.

Clinics are facilitated by Alice Mallorie, a Psychotherapist and Strategic Attachment Lead Specialist who is on our TouchBase team and who is and expert in Attachment Aware and Trauma Responsive practice. Alice facilitates support those parenting and caring for children and young people to get into conversations about the best way to support them. Alice specialises in working with children and young people with developmental and relational trauma, as well as grief and loss, working from an integrative model based on attachment theory and current neuroscience.  Alice is an adoptive parent herself, which gives her great insight and a passion to make a difference for those who parent and care for children recovering from developmental trauma and loss.
