Stressbusters
A specially designed programme to build emotional regulation, stress management and peer-to-peer support within school communities.
A member of TouchBase’s specialist team will facilitate three hour-long sessions, over a three week period to build the school’s very own Stressbuster team! This programme is for 8–10 year 5 and 6 pupils. It covers psychoeducation around emotional and physical regulation, our alarm systems and how to destress, and occurs in partnership with Attachment Leads and Key Adults.
