Anna is our Support Services Co-Ordinator in our Engine Room Team leading on the referrals side of the work here at TouchBase, working very closely with our Therapy and Education Leads to ensure a timely response and the efficient running of all the support services offered, in the specialist area of trauma recovery.

Anna also works closely with Lou overseeing our reception here at TouchBase, being the first point of contact for those seeking support from TouchBase.

Anna worked as a project co-ordinator and project manager for leading companies in the financial and e-learning industries for most of her adult life. In 2016 Anna left the corporate world looking to give back to the community and engage in work that was more meaningful. This lead Anna to work in residential care for a number of years, providing therapeutic support to children and young people who had suffered severe relational trauma and loss.

Anna feels very strongly about being of service and doing work that builds a strong foundation for a better world and was therefore delighted to have the opportunity to join TouchBase, especially as it is a CIC , not for profit , meaning she can continue to support vulnerable children and young people, although behind the scenes now rather on the front line.
